Hi all guys,

I am trying to figure out how the probability of false detection within binary FSK is calculated.
In every possible source, it is given as error function depending only of \[\sqrt{\frac{E_b}{N_0 }}\].

The interesting thing is that while calculating this probability by integraling the distribution function, there is a term in front of the integral depending on noise, which means I would expect that error is calculated as \[\sqrt{\frac{2}{N_0}}errf(\sqrt{\frac{E_b}{N_0 }})\].

I hope that somebody is able to explain me this

best and thanx
