Frequency of astable multivibrator for transistor & 555 i.c.

Hello sir
As we know 555 astable multivibrator has a capacity to generate high frequency oscillation say 100 khz max.

so what about the case if the astable design is transistorized ?

you need to use high frequency transistors for stable oscillations...

What frequency do you want? It's easy to make a 100MHz oscillator with a BC547 transistor.
