frequency for input emi filter for ac to dc converter

hai,
i have a an ac to dc converter with 3 switching frequencies
100Khz(power factor and harmonic correction),230Khz(primary of dc to dc ),460Khz(secondary of Dc to dc ),I have trouble in choosing the input/EMI filter.how can i choose a filter for this module
please help
