Frequecy over AC help???

Hi, every body I need help on this I know a little about electronic and electrisity
Can any body help on slow down from high frequency like 250Hz to 60Hz with a

LC, LR, LRC, Tank circuit, osillator circuit, or Just only capacitors, only resistors,

diodes circuits? If so can any body provide to me a diagram?
