How usual is that the companies give an opportunity to chose a design software, for the (new) employees?
Or at all the cases, the company has chosen a design software 10-20 years ago, and everyone must work with it? Even if the new employee will not be too productive for half-one year because of learning a new tool?
Are there examples of (bigger) companies where they let the new employee to use the software what he is using since 5-10 years ago?
