Free layout editor-Cadence

Does anyone know if there is a free layout editor which is compatible with
Cadence layout editor? And where can i download it?

What do you mean by cadence compatible?
Tech file ? NO, there is none.
GDS compatible: YES, the best is probably magic on linux

i mean that i can design something in the free layout editor and it would be recognisable by cadence

Design with other layout editor as magic and then export to cadence in GDSII format.

Cadence have many the data interface:CIF, GDSII,verilog etc, U may exchange the datum by them.
