1.) f(t) = 5[u(t+3) + u(t+2) - u(t-2) - u(t-3)]
2.) f(t) = 1/2[δ(t+1)+δ(t+(1/2))+δ(t-(1/2))+δ(t-1)]

1.) The fourier of a unit step is found in any fourier table I think it's 1/jw + δ(w) or so. The time shift is a multiplication by a complex exponential whose argument is the time shift amount. You have to transform every step separately and add them.
2.) The fourier of a delta-dirac is a constant so you'll just be adding complex exponentials with different arguments together

You can do the transforms on your own using any Fourier table in a text book.
