Four series 1V2 NiCd or NiMH cells needed for supplying 800mA for 90 minutes

Hello,

I need the above batterys.....but digikey and mouser dont list batteries much at all, ...how can i decide the cheapest batteries capable of this?

AA rechargeables with 2.5 A-Hr capacity can be found in neighborhood stores. A package of four might cost you $12.

Look at the rating on AAA rechargeables too, in case they might be enough.

You're looking for 1.2 A-Hr capacity ( .8 A x 1.5 hrs.)

It might be less expensive from Ebay or mail order houses, as long as shipping costs are not too much.
