SiC Schottky diode? and which diode can forward switch very fast like a few nano at most? thank you.

Most UF diode datasheets dont even state it, eg US1M https://www.smc-diodes.com/propdf/US1M%20N1372%20REV.B.pdf ...though its very poor in this US1M diode, and eg the flyback drain shoots up a lot further due to it.
