FPGA data transfer

I am trying to source a FPGA core to provide some type of data error recovery for a high speed data link approx 330Mbps.

Something like forward error checking. Does anyone have any suggestions where i start!

I have been looking at the 10 Gbit ethernet standards but Im not sure what type of error correction that uses.

Thanks
