Filter calculation

I'm doing my diploma thesis and I need to quickly calculate a filter. (deadline approaching) I need formulas and some explanation. The filter circuit is on the picture below, bt I can't find what kind of filter it is. I need to calculate component values for 50 ohm output and I also need to write something about amplificatin. frequency is 10 MHz. Ignore the values on the picture, these were derived from simulation program.

I know that c17 and c21 form an output impedanse and L1 and c17 and c21 ? form a resonance, but how to calculate?
 

Filter calculation

Calculate C17 & C21 in series. Then use that capacitance to the resonance with L1. The external load will affect the calculations.

Yes, it is band pass characteristic - damped by the external load as well as by the finite output resistance of the transistor.
