Hi
I am using a ADXL345 accelerometer to find the tilt angle.

I need the formula to calculate the tilt along X axis and Y axis over the 360 degress. ( 0 degree to 360 degree )

Can anybody pls post the formula here to calculate it....

Say you've got a +/-2g full scale range (lowest range of the device). That means when your sensor's y axis is perpendicular(90 degrees) to the earth, you'll get +1/2 full scale output and when it's 270 degrees (rotated 180 degrees) you'll get -1/2 full scale So:

Angle=arcsin(output*2/1024)

Thank you for giving the informative post. From the post, I know how to calculate tilt angle.
