Hi , can anyone help me with this equation that I have found in attached document noted (3.1) in page 23. This equation is about calculating switching frequency range of a Buck converter included a mosfet , a mosfet driver and an opto-isolator...
I want know the origin of this equation, please?

4(1-D_((max) ) )/(3(t_r(slowest) +t_f(slowest) )+4t_off(min) )≤f_switch≤(4D_((min) ))/(t_r(slowest) +t_f(slowest) +〖4t〗_on(min) )
