force on a permanent magnet

Possibly an elementary physics question...

Given a wire with current i running through it, we can find the magnetic field B at some distance r away from the center of the wire. What I'm wondering is, if I have a permanent magnet some distance r away from the wire, how would I find what the overall magnetic force is on the magnet?
