I am doing MTBF Calculations.
For Mean Time Between Failure Calculations theta ja and theta jc is required?
If required some of the datasheets are not providing theta ja and theta jc?
How to calculate it?
 

Could you mention clearly?.I did not understand.If you provide details Very easy to calculate MTTF and MTBF otherwise is diffucult.
