i want to start a design a pcb high frequency for education.
for design high frequency RF PCB which rule we should consider in altium?
please specialist guide me? is there good reference for it?
thanks

How much "high" frequency ?? Altium is not a good PCB package for RF circuits which need Transmission Lines, Microwave Elements such as Lange Couplers, Sheet Filters etc.
Cadence Allegro+RF Option is a good choice for these types of layouts but it's quite expensive.

Do you need a RF design or do you need a high speed digital design and what is the function of this design. Your question has minimal content and thus is far to vague to answer with any confidence.

thank you, please answer in two section: high frequency RF and high frequency Digital Circuit

Where to begin... I usually post a text file with quite a few links but recently cleaned my system ready for a new disk drive so cant find it...

Found the files...
So how to answer this question in one short answer, impossible. As the attached links show there is an awful lot of info to learn to do the job properly. The document filelist.txt is a list of all PCB design related documents I have on my machine...
Start by looking at some of the links in PCB related links.txt
Then post more specific questions that can be answered with relatively short answers as you progress.

thanks very much for guide.

You still haven't given operating frequency/application you're targeting. Without that it's impossible to give clear advice.

If you are in microwave territory (>5GHz) then you will likely need something with an EM simulator (Cadence, ADS, etc) which is a substantial increase in cost and complexity.
