This program can facilitate generating fonts for projects based on LCD for Nokia 6610 and 6800.
It was written using a free environment Lazarus available for both Windows and Linux. Lazarus is an environment similar to Delphi, so it is quite easy to write programs.
The program enables to create fonts with the dimensions of up to 32x16. This limit can be easily changes if another dimensions are needed.
Sets of fonts can be saved to a file, then read and possibly exported to .h file.
Operation of the program is rather simple.
First, define the font size, then in the array of characters on the right select a character and edit it in a window on the left. Left mouse button selects a point black and right mouse button – white.
It is also possible to select entire row or column (boxes with marks > and ^) in the same way.
Individual characters can be copied and pasted using the clipboard.
The program includes examples of fonts, as well as the sources, so it can be adapted to individual needs of the user.
