Foldy-Lax equations ?

Does anyone have any information on how to use Foldy-Lax equations/model
for simulating 3D Structures ?

Here is a software that uses the Foldy-Lax modeling .

It says it takes 10 minutes to do what it takes HFSS ~ 7weeks to do !

Any info would be appreciated
