is there any one who can give me the idea, that i want to design the circuit in which, when i transmit the fm signal an fm receiver active a relay but the its frequency is not a conventional or ordinary in which our fm radio stations operated(88MHz to 108MHz)................ pls help

If I understand you intentions correctly, you would like to activate a relay from an FM-Receiver ..
One option to “attack” this issue is to employ simple “sound-activated relay” (see attached PDF) and fed it from, for example, pocket-size receiver .. see attached picture ..

I have never seen an FM receiver so simple before! AM receivers yes!
Does that truly de-modulate FM ? I can't figure how it works....

Have you tried it ? how well does it perform?

You can demodulate FM with an AM radio simply by being off tune. People used to do it a long time for 2m ham radio when the band was changing from AM to FM. It used to be called slope demodulation.

in the pdf file you attached what i understand is:
that i have to connect the fm receiver circuit with the mic of sound active relay circuit.

but 2nd problem is that how can i prevent the frequency interference of radio stations...i mean i want a unique frequency
