Hello

I am doing a 15W offline flyback (230VAC) using TOP254 controller with on-chip FET.

I need to calculate the switching losses before i build the prototype,

However, the TOP254 datasheet does not give the necessary information about the on-chip FET in order to calculate the switching losses.

Here is the TOP254 Datasheet:-

http://www.powerint.com/sites/default/files/product-docs/tophx_family_datasheet.pdf

I need the following data:-

Q(g)
Q(d)
Q(g) total
Driver current level of on-chip FET driver.
Output resistance of on-chip FET driver.

None of this data is available on the datasheet, so how may i calculate the on-chip FET switching losses?
