Fluorescent bulb Effects LED Message Board

HI guys I made a LED Message board. its working fine but when I switch on
fluorescent bulb In my room, LED Message Board getting effected by it .(just for a Second or two) than again its working properly.


Is that any frequency problem.
Can I overcome with it if I use a capacitor just like (102 pf,103 pf )
or is there any other method to solve that.


Help me Please.:cry:
