Floating current source & mirror==> RESOLVED

Hi Circuit experts,

I found this kind of bias circuit for current mirroring. Is it called "floating current source"? I'd like to understand how it can act as current mirror. Could you look at the circled one in the attached and provide any information such as relevant paper or some material on the web? I'd like to understand it with some equation or IV curve, especially about how the current amount in the left bias circuit can be determined.

***** I figured out and marked at RESOLVED *****
