I am in the process of doing a phase noise analysis in a downconverter and need to know the flicker noise cutoff frequency of the devices in the chain. Where do I find this information?

In the component respective data sheet in the signal chain ?

Attached a paper.

Regards, Dana.

Classic 1/f with noise corner (where broadband noise takes over as predominant) :

not too many spec sheets will actually list flicker noise or residual phase noise.
you might have to make your own measurements.
obviously, choosing the right type of transistor will go a long way. Silicon bipolar is king
