Guys it's a bit urgent. I request you to please take some time and explain this to me.
Suppose i have a 3 bit flash adc.
Flash adc is made up of resistors, comparator and priority encoder.
Now will it be possible to replace the comparator units with Operational Transconductance amplifier??
Please explain in detail.
Thanks a lot in advance

An op amp is slower than a comparator, so it depends up the speed requirement of the flash ADC.
Why would you want to do that?

I am trying to design for ultra low voltage specifications. Thanks for the reply
