hi. i need papers or tutorials on how to design the above topic. it needs to be a switched capacitor implementation. thanks!

Check Johns and Martins book. It's got a good chapter on this subject. Also has switched capacitor stuff to show you how to make your integrator.
 

Also you can read some papers from IEEE.
