Dear members,

I have simple inverted with input falling & output rising. I am measuring the delay between i/p fall to 50% to output rise to 95% of supply.

The problem is, o/p is not falling below 95% (due to leakage) in previous cycle when i/p is kept floating.
particularly at low voltage low temp PVTs - (I am forced to keep threshold at 99% for such PVTs).

So the measurement is failing.

I want do something that it will automatically measure 90% of recovery (w.r.t. to supply) from the lowest point the o/p reached during previous cycle (when i/p was floating).

Regards,
