Finding voltage using Kirchoffs law

i am having this very elementary question. I have put the clarification in the attachment. Could someone please explain me.

That looks right. It's a simple voltage divider. The way I would do this:

I=V/(R1+R2)
I=5/200=.025
Va=I*R2=2.5
