Hi,

This is related to Allegro Design entry HDL schematic.

we have imported few pages from other design to current design and Integrated to current design.

Because of that we saw few reference designators are duplicated.

1. How can i find duplicate reference designators?

Based on the number of entries i need to see whether i can manually change them or is there any way to do it automatically.

This is often a function in SRC (schematic rules check) - do
you have, and run, such a feature in this tool?

I'd imagine that a little netlist edit / sort effort would at
least let you eyeball the "few pages" worth of instance
names for duplication.

I ran DRC.
I didn't find that option in DRC.
I see single node nets
Loading affects etc.

DRC is layout design rules check.

SRC is schematic rules check (may also be called ERC,
electrical rules check).

Maybe your tool does not care.

Maybe your tool offers some "auto-renumber" feature
that could straighten it out for you? Some schematic
entry programs I've used, do.

I found from cadence that Packaging will automatically remove the Duplicates and rename to available next higher reference designator
