I am very confused regarding the cutoff frequency:

i want to find the cutoff frequency of a bandpass filter from the simulation curve... lets say the gain is 41.8dB so what is the 3db cutoff frequency ? I have attached a curve for reference ,,, thanks

Your 3dB cutoff frequency is the frequency at gain 38.8dB (41.8dB - 3dB).

The cutoff frequency is when the output level has dropped -3dB which is 0.707 times the maximum amplitude and is half the output power.
Fred D. told you the lower cutoff frequency. You can see the upper cutoff frequency yourself.
