finding csp package and pb-free bumping

i need a csp package, anyone knows any company do this. i hope it can be LOC, as i really need to reduce the overhead for the leadfreame, also , if i do BGA, i need to be lead free..but i don't know which company supporting this..anyone can help, i've find amkor and Koycera but first one seems $ and need large volumn, 2nd one have no details on the web.
anyone can help
