Recently, I'm looking around for a SPICE model of the MOC3063 optoisolator by Isocom, but I haven't tracked down a source on the web.
Do you have a SPICE library, sub-circuit, model or symbol for the MOC3063, or perhaps for another opto such as MOC3021? Perhaps you've seen a useful SPICE library in passing through a site?
Any info and leads are much appreciated. Thank you in advance!
