[SOLVED] find plus and minus on a small board ?

hi, anybody know how i whould be able to find + and - on a board without any indications with a multimeter?
it should be around the green line a draw in the picture or how can i trouleshoot the components if they r ok?
sorry im kind a noob at this

Refer datasheet for that ic. And trace out the supply pins and output.

can you set the cam to macro mode and then upload the photo?
 

there might be a copper fill on the underside of the PCB, most provably its connected to ground. So do a continuity check for that. +Ve can be found (i hope) by checking continuity between the pads and the other IC, ruling out the ground terminal you have found earlier.
 
You should provide better and high quality photos of this PCB. Use micro on photodevice and make photo from closer distance with good light, and wait to focus be good.
 

Can not see the ID of the IC. Can you load a better picture?

A suggestion to upload a better quality image always helps finding the datasheet :shock:
