I ask about min functions need to design a PCB.There are autoruter,dif couples,autoplacement,DRC,net classes,via styles...Or I able to create a PCB without ones.

Yes you can make PCB without autorouter,autoplacement etc.

This is for more advanced level design.

All PCB design program have the minimum requirements.

But if you are new in design you can try eagle which is free and have big library.

Kicad is also free ware can be used for PCB design from Schematic to Layout phase.....
