HI i have matrix H,i want find matrix G.
How can i ?
 

Is it in systematic Form?
If it is in systematic form then the G=[P,Ik] where Ik is an Identity matrix of dimension k.
The H matrix is [I(n-k), P'] where P' is P transpose. The basic idea is GH'=0.
