Hi, I am currently conducting an FFT simulation for a 3-bit Flash ADC with a sampling rate of 10MHz, but I am encountering significant spectral leakage that degrades performance. I have used 2048 sampling points and ensured that the sampling period is a multiple of the signal's period. Despite these precautions, the spectral leakage remains an issue. I would appreciate any guidance on additional measures I can take to fix this problem. I am curious whether the issue lies with the circuit, such as the preamplifier or comparator, or if it is related to the setup of the FFT simulation.

Thanks!

What does this mean in numbers?

How can we use this information to help you? We don´t have a clue about your circuit.

or if it is related to the setup of the FFT simulation.
The same. We don´t see your setup?

We also don´t see the input values (at least a part) of the FFT.

And we don´t know about your hardware test setup. Maybe the input is left floating, maybe it is grounded, maybe it is driven with a test signal...

Spectral leakage is shown in this picture.
I want to get ENOB about almost 3 bit. What should I do?
