Hi,

Why the FFT of a rectangular wave is a sinc wave ! Is it because of the abrupt change from 1 to 0 in the rectangular wave or because of the DFT Leakage we are getting the sinc wave's main lobes and side lobes ?

Thanks,
Rajez
