FFT and IFFT in Matlab and Simulink

I have a problem. If I do the FFT and then the IFFT in Matlab or Simulink everything is ok and I recover the signal. But if I do the FFT in Matlab, take the result to Simulink and do the IFFT, I cannot recover the signal and I have bad result. Does anyone know why?? Thanks
