Hello ,
I need replace missing output FET assembly in Agilent electronic load .
This assembly is 4x FET http://www.chipsonsale.com/5961-01-589-2274_5961015892274_1858-0137.html
In first look is replacement very simple NFET Vdss min 100V,small Rds, current min 15A and alowed power disipation min 70W
her is driving circuit
But if I test IRFP260N was problem with driving small current (under 20mA\NFET) I thing is need FET with small VGS <3V
Advise me?
