How to design the feeding network for dual-band stacked patch antenna
Graph1 is the exploded view of stacked patch antenna’s geometry. Top patch resonates B1 band(1.57GHz), and bottom patch resonates in B2 band(1.24GHz).
Graph2 is the configuration of the patch with 4 symmetrical probes. The phase relation of the 4 probes is shown below:
Probe1: 0 degree
Probe2: -90 degree
Probe3: -180 degree
Probe4: -270 degree
The dual-band stacked patch antenna is RHCP.
The feeding network will be fabricated on bottom of feeding substrate.
Now, I have no idea about designing the feeding network. If there is only one input port, Designing the feeding network will be easy.
