Feedback on using a neurophone

has anyone ever dealt with this device?
i have found it has a patent as well as a web site that has schematics

they seem to be fine but has anyone actually used/heard of one being used.

This looks like a joke patent. The outputs go to a piezo device which is not a microwave generator. I am reminded of the research in the past on storing razor blades in a pyramid shaped container extended their useful life.
