Hi everyone,

My microwave heater uses IGBT FGA15N120antd
I found it faulty. Was that the reason why the glass fuse blew off?

Pls help, thank you,

Roexile

the igbt doesn't charge anymore. and the new fuse might blow again.

FGA15N120ANTD is a 15amp 1200volt igbt you can use any 15amp 1200 igbt like 15n1200 should be written in that. in which city you live?
