Hi there,

I am looking for a fault localization tool use for semiconductor FA which will provide good sensitivity than normal FA fault localization tools.

Please kindly provide me any information/URL link about the principles of operations and the performance limitations of the tools you reccomend. Besides, please kindly provide the product name as well.
