fatal license error in Modelsim SE 10.1c

I have installed Modelsim SE 10.1c and I have followed the readme file.but when I want to run the software, it shows this message:
fatal license error
unable to checkout a viewer license necessary for use of the Modelsim graphical user interface. Vsim is closing.
