failure condition of dc-dc converter

hai..
am using dc-dc converter(AHF2815T)from advanced analog.This is malfunctioning like at +15v output this shows the 34v,at -15v 0.7v and at 5v 5v showing..what is the reason for malfunctioning?
plz tell me the reason..
 

There is no useful information here. The +/-15 pair being jacked as
you describe, may mean you haven't got the ground for that section
commoned with the 5V ground (which evidently is the measurement
reference, since that at least is right).
