f&i adc problem...plz help

it is 4 fold and 2 interpolation with no t/h. the folding pattern is ok and also interpolation but the comparator outputs arent showing the thermometer code as expected. comparators are separately working fine...so there is no problem with it.

i want to know where i am going wrong also how to test the circuit. please help me in this becauz it is a part of sem proj and i hv to complete this at any cost.

the output is supposed to be thermometer code but i am not getting that...only at low speeds ( <20Mhz ) i can see a thermometer code like waveform.
also what is the max speed i can achieve in cmos technology(like .25u,.18u,.13u,etc)? the frequency spectrum shows harmonic freq having significant presence.
kindly suggest a remedy. i am in very urgent need of help.
