Hi,
can anyone answer the following:
Assume to have a blue LED with certain mW light output power by certain current injection, given in (A) and in (mW) at certain (V) - from LIV plot.
I can calculate EQE and also wall-plug efficiency,
but I have one concern how to get the correct W.cm-2
- do I use the chip area or the anode area?
The ohmic contacts are linear and ohmic, but can I still assume that the field, even at low voltages, distributes evenly... what other assumption do I need to take in account?

Thank you
