hi everybody

I've seen the oscillator which have been for pins :
1- VDD
2- GND
3- OUTPUT
4- enable/disable

now i want to know that this oscillator what does connected to the micro-controller ?

Also what kind of difference are this oscillator with two pins crystal oscillators? Which Performance one is better?

If I understand your question, the enable signal needs to be connected to VDD or GND (depending on the device) in order to enable the output. The OUTPUT pin is connected to your micro oscillator input pin.

There are no two pin crystal oscillators; there are two pin crystals (which are PART of an oscillator).
