EXTERNAL INPUT TO ATMEGA32(IN S/W) USING AVRATUDIO AS MY IDE

Hello there...i m working with atmega32 and developing the s/w for my system on AVR studio as the ide.I ve to give an external input to PIND2 to raise the ext interrupt INT0 .how to give this input i.e simulate his ext input in avr studio in order to raise int and execute the isr.
