External DAC with microcontroller

Ok. 22 Bit DAC Code I am writing. I am porting this code to C now.

In which compiler was it written, I am trying to use MikroC pro but there is an error with it. Is it mplab or CSC compiler?

It is Arduino code (C++). It has to be ported to C. I am porting it. Just I was busy for few days. I will post the code by tomorrow.
