Exporting wave in QuestaSim

Hi,

I want to plot a waveform in Matlab from QuestaSim simulation. I am wondering how to export waveform in to .txt or .csv file ?

The waveform option under file -> export is disable (I could not click on waveform)
File => Export => Waveform
 

At worst you could print time-voltage pairs to a file and use
Excel or Matlab to filter the format, and plot using those
tools' native functionality.

Why would you want to try and get data from the proprietary format waveform window, wouldn't it be easier to write the data you want from the VHDL/Verilog code in whatever format that makes importing it into Matlab easy?
